A man of Integrity.
St. Catherine Realty Corporation is founded by the late Don Tomas D. Dizon, born in Porac, Pampanga on August 23, 1931 .
At the age of six, Don Tomas Dizon's entrepreneurial spirit was first depicted when he started out as a street vendor. He eventually put up his manufacturing toy trucks shop during his teenage years.
A patient and a hardworking individual, all his hard-earned money allowed him to venture into a gasoline station and his own hollow blocks manufacturing business. On a later year, Porac Blocks Manufacturing (PBM) was born. Soon after its success, Lead Blocks MFG (LBM) opened up in San Fernando , Pampanga and Solid Pipes MFG (SPM) followed. SPM remained to centralize the manufacturing operations in Angeles City and throughout its suppliers.
SPM was recognized through the use of hydraulic machine that produces a large volume of hollow blocks without sacrificing its quality as it conforms to the ASTM qualifications. Concurrently, SPM still supplies concrete products to various small, medium, and large scale contractors and developers throughout Central Luzon .
The Birth of St. Catherine Realty Corporation
After a while, Don Tomas Dizon ventured in another business specifically in subdivision development in1970. As a devout Catholic and a loyal citizen of Porac, he named the company after St. Catherine de Alexandria, the patron saint of his hometown.
